Paula is a graduate of the Master's Institute of White Bear Lake, MN, and ordained in the Lutheran Congregations in Mission with Christ association. She sees the possibility of missions online through radio, podcasts, blogs, and videos. Paula grew up on an Iowan farm and enjoys the rural setting and its people.

Tom received his seminary education from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and was ordained in 1999. He has served in congregations in Washington state, Wisconsin, and now Illinois.  In the past several years, with the help of many people, he has been involved in podcasting, radio ministry, and writing daily devotions. His previous career was in Manufacturing Engineering in the automotive industry, where he holds a BS and MS in Industrial Technology.
